Maryse Bélanger brings over 35 years of experience with senior gold companies globally with proven strengths in operational excellence and efficiency, technical studies and services. She has provided oversight and project management support through some of the mining industry’s key strategic acquisitions.  From July 2016 to July 2019, Ms. Bélanger was President, COO and Director of Atlantic Gold Corporation, where she successfully guided the company in taking its Touquoy Mine in Nova Scotia from construction to commissioning, ramp up and full production, through its eventual acquisition by St. Barbara for C$722 million.

Previously, from 2014 to 2016, she served as CEO and Managing Director of Mirabela Nickel Ltd. where she is credited with the successful turnaround of the Santa Rita mine in Brazil during a period of extremely low metal prices. From 2011 to 2014, Ms. Bélanger was a senior executive with Goldcorp where she was ultimately appointed Senior Vice President, Technical Services. Prior to Goldcorp, Ms. Bélanger was Director, Technical Services for Kinross Gold Corporation for Brazil and Chile.

Ms. Bélanger is an active Board Member of Equinox Gold, Sherritt International, Pure Gold Mining and Plateau Energy Metals and has served on the boards of Mirabela, True Gold, Newmarket Gold, Sigma Lithium and Atlantic Gold.  She was recoginized twice by the Women in Mining UK "WIM (UK)" 100 Global Inspirational Women in Mining Project as one of the most inspirational Global Women in Mining.  She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Geology, a graduate certificate in Geostatistics, the ICD.D designation and she is fluent in English, French, Spanish and Portuguese.

Tom Ellard has 20 years of project and people leadership in small and large enterprises. He has worked with mining producers including Atlantic Gold Corp., Barrick Gold Corp., Mirabella Nickel Ltd. and Goldcorp Inc. Mr. Ellard has a track record of building highly effective collaborative teams and meeting his objectives. His work has focused on a broad portfolio of initiatives from brown and green field growth projects to sustaining capital projects along with divestitures. Most recently he was the SVP of Capital Projects for the America’s for St. Barbara Ltd. Prior to that, he was the VP Business Integration & People at Atlantic Gold Corp., and a key member of the executive team, taking the company from construction through to the C$722 Million asset sale to St. Barbara Ltd. He holds a graduate degree from the Royal Military College of Canada and an undergraduate Honours B.A. from the University of Toronto along with a PMP designation.

Michael McClelland has over 15 years of experience in accounting and finance. He was formerly the Chief Financial Officer of Bisha Mining Share Company, an operating subsidiary of Nevsun Resources. Prior to that he worked for Goldcorp as the Mine General Manager at Wharf Resources (now owned by Coeur Mining), and prior to that was Director of Finance, Canada and USA. Mr. McClelland started his career at KPMG LLP as a Senior Accountant with the mining group. He is a Chartered Accountant and has a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Simon Fraser University in British Columbia, Canada.

Purni Parikh has over 25 years of public company experience in the mining sector including corporate affairs and finance, legal and regulatory administration, and governance. Ms. Parikh joined Bullfrog in October, 2020. She is President of the Augusta Group of Companies including Titan Mining Corporation, and Senior Vice President, Corporate Affairs of Solaris Resources Inc. Ms. Parikh was previously Senior Vice President, Corporate Affairs and Corporate Secretary of Arizona Mining Inc. and Newcastle Gold Ltd., and Vice President, Corporate Secretary Augusta Resource Corporation and Ventana Gold Corp. prior to their acquisition. Ms. Parikh obtained a Certificate in Business from the University of Toronto and a Gemology degree. She holds the ICD.D designation from the Institute of Corporate Directors, and has worked extensively with boards.

Lynette Gould has over 20 years experience in investor relations and finance roles. Most recently she was Vice President, Investor Relations at Galiano Gold, a junior gold mining company with an operation in Ghana, West Africa.  Prior to that she was with Alio Gold a junior gold mining company with operations in Mexico and Nevada and prior to that she was Director, Investor Relations at Goldcorp Inc. where she played a critical role in positioning Goldcorp's new business strategy under its new leadership team. Ms. Gould has built robust IR strategies and developed deep relationships within the investment community. She holds a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation and has a Bachelor of Business degree.

Johnny Pappas has a distinguished career in the field of environmental management and permitting. Mr. Pappas recently, from January 2016 to August 2018, held the position of Vice-President, Environmental and Permitting for Arizona Mining where he directed the permitting of the Hermosa Taylor Deposit Project, Director of Environmental Affairs for Romarco Minerals Inc., from September 2009 to December 2015, where he was instrumental in directing the federal and state permitting of the Haile Gold Mine; the first gold mine permitted east of the Mississippi in the last 20 years. He was previously, from May 2008 to August 2009, the Environmental Manager of the Climax Mine. In addition, he has held several Senior Environmental Engineer positions with PacifiCorp, Plateau Mining and Santa Fe Pacific Gold. Mr. Pappas holds a B.Sc. degree in Geology and Business Administration. Mr. Pappas is recognized as a leader in his field and has won numerous awards including: the 2003 “Best of the Best” Award – awarded by the Department of Interior’s Office of Surface Mining in recognition for extraordinary personal commitment and outstanding contribution for the reclamation success at the Castle Gate Mine and the 2003 “Excellence in Surface Coal Mining Reclamation” Award.

Scott Burkett has over 10 years of experience in mineral exploration, ore control, geologic modeling, resource estimation and database management. Mr. Burkett earned his BSc in Geology from the University of Idaho, and has since worked on a number of base and precious metal exploration projects at various stages, ranging from grassroots to advanced exploration. Mr. Burkett is also Vice President, Exploration for Titan Mining Corp. He worked for Arizona Mining where he served as Chief Geologist for the Hermosa Project, and was instrumental in designing programs which resulted in significant expansion of the mineral resources. Mr. Burkett also brings experience in exploration and ore control from previous roles at Metal Mining Consultants, First Solar, Hycroft Resources & Development (Allied Nevada Gold) and Yamana Gold. He is also a qualified person as defined by National Instrument 43-101.

Bob Morgan has over 33 years experience having worked on a wide variety of green field, brown field, and sustaining capital projects around the globe. His work history includes approximately ten years in the Technical Services Department at Barrick Gold Corp. Most recently he was Head of Capital Projects at Atlantic Gold Corp./St Barbara Ltd. His career also includes time with Warnock Hersey (an SNC Lavalin subsidiary), a board of director’s position at Excalibur Gold (now Metalla Royalty Corporation), and was a member of the Project Management Institute’s Global Council. Mr. Morgan is a P.Eng and holds a degree in Geological Engineering from the University of Toronto. In addition, he is also a Professional Logistician (P.Log) and holds a PMP designation.

Vice President, Human Resources and Safety

John Hill’s track-record of accomplishment spans 23 years in Human Resources leadership roles in large international organizations including Barrick Gold Corp., ShawCor and Sun Life Financial. Most recently he was the Head of Human Resources for Atlantic Gold Corp., ensuring the company had the people to progress from construction, through commissioning into successful production. Following the acquisition of Atlantic Gold Corp., by St Barbara Ltd., he played a key role in integrating the two companies. Mr. Hill also took over leadership of the health and safety department and rolled out several critical safety programs. Mr. Hill has a BA in Social Science from Carleton University and a Post Graduate Certificate in Human Resources from the University of Toronto. He is a member of the Human Resources Professionals Association with the designation of Certified Human Resources Leader (CHRL) and he is also a member of the Society of Human Resources Managers.

Tom Ladner joined Bullfrog Gold Corp. in November 2020 as Vice President Legal. Mr. Ladner is also Vice President Legal for the Augusta Group of Companies, including Titan Mining Corporation and Solaris Resources Inc. Prior to joining the Augusta Group, Mr. Ladner practiced law for over six years in the Securities and Capital Markets group of a major Canadian law firm. In that role, Mr. Ladner advised on multiple M&A transactions valued in excess of $1 billion and more than 25 public market financings raising in aggregate more than $650 million. Mr. Ladner has his Honors in Business Administration (with distinction) from the Richard Ivey School of Business and his Juris Doctor from Western University.
